Travel from Turkish Republic of North Cyprus (TRNC) to UK

Hope 4 Pets do not provide pet travel.  The information on this website is for your guidance only.

The TRNC is not a member of the EU, your pet must have a Rabies serology test before leaving the TRNC, the wait time in the TRNC is 4 months before they can travel.

TRNC at present has only one airline that will fly live animals in Cargo or cabin at that is Turkish Airlines, who fly Ercan Airport (North Cyprus) via Istanbul Airport (Turkey) to three airports in the UK, Heathrow, Gatwick and Edinburgh.

Travel is calculated by the following costs:-

• Kenneling for 4 months
• Vet travel prep – Rabies, serology, inoculations, parasite treatment, microchip
• Size/weight of your pet (airline cost)
• Crate Cost
• Import cost to the UK (DEFRA clearing customs)
• Onward travel to your home (courier)

Please see our Travel Information page and handy crate sizing guide for more information, or complete our contact us form, where we can put you in touch with people who can help you arrange travel for your pet.
